Half ~n~ Half Bacon Cheddar
You say you love bacon? This is like no other bacon burger you have ever had.
Preheat your oven to 500o.
Begin by running the bacon through a meat grinder and thoroughly blend with the ground beef. If you do not have a
meat grinder, cut the bacon into ½ inch slices and pulse in the food processor 10 times then blend with the ground
beef. Mix in the adobo sauce. Measure out 8 ounces of meat and form into a patty. Season with Chris’ Kitchen
Original Grill Seasoning.
Due to the amount of bacon in the blend, this burger must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165o.
Heat an oven safe skillet on medium-high heat. Sear the burger on each side creating a nice crust, about 4 minutes
on each side, then place in the oven until appropriate temperature is achieved. Top with sliced cheddar cheese and
let rest for 5 minute before serving.
